I love this site.  His commentary is thoughtful and challenges my assumptions. While I do not always agree, he makes me think in ways the media generally does not.  This makes this site an invaluable asset for me.

Plus, he is constantly experimenting with new ways to teach his students, even making a hybrid online/ in person class.  If you happen to be a Virginia Tech student I highly recommend his class.
